This newly built West Middleton home featured expansive windows that framed the rolling Wisconsin landscape—beautiful, but also exposed. The homeowner wanted to protect their hardwood floors from fading and reduce indoor temperature fluctuations without compromising the view or design aesthetic.
What We Installed
In the sunroom, we installed Vignette® Tiered Roman Shades in Savannah fabric (color: Ibis), paired with the cordless LiteRise® system for effortless use.
Throughout the rest of the home, we used Duette® Architella® Honeycomb Shades—Duette Elan in Platinum on the main floor and Duette Alexa in Spice for the bedrooms. For doors, the Duette’s sleek headrail fit perfectly, and hold-down brackets were added for smooth door operation. Both shades feature a white backing, maintaining a consistent and clean look from the exterior.
