Incredible Windows was founded in 2006 by Georgiana (Georgi) Giese Schwandt. Growing up on a seed corn farm in central Illinois, Georgi developed a deep appreciation for hard work, integrity, and community. After earning her degree from the University of Illinois, she moved to Wisconsin and spent 28 years as a high school educator in multiple districts. Her commitment to education, coupled with her passion for serving others, naturally transitioned into providing top-quality window treatments. Georgi and her team have outfitted thousands of homes and businesses across the greater Madison, WI area with kindness, respect, and expertise.
Georgi’s husband, Mike, has been a vital part of Incredible Windows since its inception. A lifelong entrepreneur, Mike brings invaluable insight as a business coach and CFO. Beyond the numbers, he lends a hand in installations, assists with repairs, and takes on any task necessary to keep things running smoothly. Like Georgi, Mike grew up on a farm—this time in central Wisconsin—where he learned the value of persistence and adaptability.
